Design and remodel project for a modern and elegant foyer
The homeowner aimed to enhance their foyer with a luxurious yet minimalist modern design. The objective was to transform a simple corridor into a warm, inviting space. The challenge was to combine sophistication with a seamless and welcoming flow.
The project story
We stripped the ceiling and stairs, applied spray foam insulation, and removed the French doors connecting the dining and living rooms to improve flow between the spaces. Near the front door, we added a bench and closet for convenience. In-ceiling lights and glass accents on the stairs enhanced the room’s sense of space. We chose a modern farmhouse style to maintain a warm and welcoming entrance.
